Finally, to have an unforgettable sunset, just take the cable car back to the main station, right next door is the Temple of Debod, originally Egyptian and donated to Spain in the late 1960s.



Day 2 - Museums of Madrid and Parque del Retiro

During the day it is possible to visit the museums of the well-known arts path of the city, composed of the museums Reina Sofia, Caixa Forum, Prado Museum and Thyssen-Bornemisza.

The recommended thing is to dedicate time for these tours, there are many works to appreciate. If possible, add an extra day to your trip and share visits.

Next to the museums is the Park del Retiro, a great place to observe the landscapes and the beautiful garden in the late afternoon, there are even pedal boats on its lake.


Day 3 - El Escorial and Romantic Dinner

El Escorial, also called Complex of São Lourenço do Escorial, is a large area located 60 km from Madrid that has a palace, garden, monastery, museum and library.

To get to El Escorial there are bus options departing from Madrid, or by line C3, from Atocha station.


To conclude the day, there is nothing better than getting to know Spanish cuisine in a romantic dinner, there are several restaurant options in Madrid, all of which are usually open late.


To conclude, it is important to remember that Brazilians do not need a visa to stay up to 90 days in Spain as a tourist, but a lot of attention is needed to which documents are required by immigration.
